Wisconsin Licensed Regional Sales Manager
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern Wisconsin territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize business opportunities through independent insurance agencies
Analyze market trends and conduct agency performance evaluations to identify growth prospects and best practices
Generate new business by prospecting and building partnerships with new agencies while providing training on products and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
4 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in business-to-business marketing
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field
CIC or CPCU designation is required
Valid driver's license is preferred
