A company is looking for a Workday Business Systems Analyst with hands-on configuration experience in Payroll, Time, and Absence. Key Responsibilities Support large ERP applications including functional requirements, documentation, configuration, and post-production support Configure Workday US Payroll, Time, and Absence functionalities Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday applications Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting large ERP applications 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday US Payroll Direct experience configuring Workday Time and Absence Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) is preferred Experience in report writing in Workday or similar tools is a plus
