Workday Recruiting Consultant
A company is looking for a Senior Principal Workday Consultant (Recruiting).
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing
Build strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a primary or lead role with Workday Recruiting
Workday Recruiter Implementer Certification is required, along with at least one additional Workday Partner implementer certification
Experience in Advanced Compensation is strongly preferred
Must have experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities are required
