Workday Senior HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Workday Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production system support, including auditing data integrity and configuring systems to meet business requirements
Develop and document functional and technical requirements for HRIS processes and solutions
Lead information management projects and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and/or support of Workday technology solutions
5+ years of experience in HR systems, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, or Reporting/Analytics
1+ years of experience as a project manager for technology implementation and support efforts
Knowledge of Workday HCM Fundamentals, HCM Transaction, Integrations, and Reporting
