Outbound Customer Service Agent
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and deliver scripted dialogue to recruit new attorneys via cold calls, texts, or emails
Coordinate with existing network attorneys to ensure timely coverage of assigned hearings
Answer incoming calls and provide basic information regarding hearings and schedules
Qualifications:
Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify problems and drive solutions
Prior experience in phone sales and scheduling coordination is strongly preferred
Strong technical skills are preferred
Ability to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment
Ability to read, write, and speak English
