A company is looking for a Supervisor, WC Premium Audit (Remote). Key Responsibilities: Manage audit staff performance and development in alignment with departmental goals Establish performance goals and monitor team performance against targets Oversee vendor management and ensure timely completion of premium audits Qualifications: High School Diploma (or equivalent) 3-5 years of customer service experience 1-3 years of current Workers' Comp Premium Audit experience required Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or insurance-related field is a bonus Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with PCRB and NCCI regulations
