Workforce and Vendor Manager
A company is looking for a Workforce & Vendor Manager, Product Support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for the BPO provider, managing the operational framework to meet service levels and performance targets
Conduct regular business reviews with the BPO, analyzing performance data and presenting actionable insights
Develop workforce capacity models to predict staffing requirements and optimize resource allocation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in workforce management, vendor management, or a related operations role
Experience in developing and maintaining workforce capacity models and forecasting methodologies
Proven experience in managing external vendors and conducting business reviews
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Experience in a customer support environment
