YMAA Program Manager
A company is looking for a YMAA Manager to support and grow a network of student chapters focused on Alzheimer's advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for chapter recruitment and expansion across high schools and colleges
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to chapter leaders while fostering community engagement
Track performance indicators and prepare reports on chapter growth and program outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in youth programs, nonprofit management, or a related field
Experience managing youth programs or working with students, preferably in a leadership model
Demonstrated ability to grow programs and manage multiple projects effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Knowledge of brain health or Alzheimer's advocacy is a plus but not required
