Bilingual L1 Support Engineer
A company is looking for a L1 Support Engineer (Bi-Lingual, English/Portuguese).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to end-users of Canvas through various communication channels
Validate issues, answer how-to questions, and resolve end-user issues via the Canvas user interface
Maintain thorough records in the ticketing system and escalate unresolved tickets to the L2 Support team
Required Qualifications
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Portuguese
High school diploma
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Ability to function in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
Proven professionalism in client interactions
