401(k) Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Recordkeeping Operations Associate to support the administration of clients' 401(k) plans. Key Responsibilities Review and reconcile account data within retirement and operating accounts Become an expert in operational processes and provide transactional assistance to Ops teams Identify and propose solutions for operational challenges while contributing to team improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in operations within 401(k), banking, or related financial fields preferred Strong understanding of Portfolio Management concepts is preferred Prior experience with institutional trading or custodial operations is a plus Ability to trace 401(k) transactions through the recordkeeping lifecycle ASPPA RPF certificate or QKA credentials are preferred
