Account Executive, CCaaS
A company is looking for an Account Executive, CCaaS SW or SE.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect new business and collaborate with the sales development representative to generate qualified leads
Manage the entire sales cycle, including price and term negotiations, to close deals and drive revenue
Identify customer needs and develop account-specific plans to optimize sales and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of successful sales experience in SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS/VoIP products for customers with over 500 employees
Proven ability to close complex deals involving multiple products
Deep knowledge of strategic products, particularly in Contact Center solutions
Demonstrated ability to effectively address customer needs using the company's products and services
Consistent forecasting accuracy and effective pipeline management skills
