Resident Engineer

A company is looking for a Resident Engineer Staff. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and drive issues to resolution Conduct design workshops with the Customer to understand their network requirements Test new designs and features in a lab environment and ensure proper implementation in live networks Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in design, implementation, and technical support of networking products Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with JNCIP certification or equivalent experience preferred Detailed technical experience in IP routers and related management tools Understanding of IP service provider network protocols including TCP/IP and MPLS Experience with routing protocols and VPN technologies
