Key Responsibilities
Drive new business sales into small to medium accounts defined by Workday
Manage complex sales cycles utilizing internal teams and resources
Build long-standing relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
5+ years of experience selling into Medium Enterprise organizations of 6,000 or fewer employees
Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and competitive landscape
Experience in managing complex sales cycles with a successful revenue track record
Ability to maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data
