Account Manager for SMB
A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive renewals for assigned SMB accounts
Expand the use of solutions within client organizations, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success and Revenue Operations to ensure client satisfaction and manage contracts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of account management experience, preferably in technology or software
Proven track record of managing a large account base and closing renewals
Strong experience in SaaS renewals and expansion
Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce, and SaaS platforms
Experience in startup sales is a plus
