Key Responsibilities Provide proactive and reactive outreach to patients during their first year of CPAP therapy Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to educate and encourage patients about their therapy Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and experience with patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) preferred Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) Accredited Sleep Coach certification (provided by the company) Moderate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
