AI Engagement and GTM Lead
A company is looking for an Associate Director, AI&D Engagement and Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive AI literacy initiatives and establish a culture of AI readiness across the organization
Lead the development and execution of the AI&D's go-to-market strategy playbook for products
Design and implement education programs and high-impact events to enhance community engagement
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 3 years, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in Information Technology or Go-to-Market roles
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people or leading teams/projects
8+ years of experience in community engagement, technology education, or GTM strategy roles preferred
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving cultural change
Solid understanding of AI technologies and familiarity with product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
