Application and Customer Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Product Engineering Application & Customer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and recommend suitable products and configurations
Assist with the integration of products into customer applications and provide technical support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining support documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Aerospace Engineering or similar is a plus)
2+ years of experience in algorithm development, application engineering, or customer support
Understanding of inertial navigation systems, inertial measurement units, and basic GNSS principles
Proficiency in MATLAB
Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred)
