Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the 340B program, ensuring compliance and effective utilization Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the 340B program Conduct audits and monitor 340B participation, reporting findings to leadership Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred) for Pharmacist role Associates in Business, Healthcare, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) for Pharmacy Technician role Arizona State Board of Pharmacist License for Pharmacist role Licensed with State Board of Pharmacy and certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board for Pharmacy Technician role 1 - 3 years of experience, preferably with a 340B covered entity
