A company is looking for an Associate Director, Outcomes and Evaluation to lead evaluation efforts across various initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement evaluation plans to measure program effectiveness and impact Develop and oversee data collection methodologies and analyze complex data sets Synthesize evaluation findings into actionable reports for stakeholders and support continuous program improvement Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in program evaluation, research, or a related role Experience in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector, preferably in health program evaluation Expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and proficiency in data analysis tools Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
