Azure & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer
A company is looking for an Azure & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide technical support to end-users in the US region (CST time zone).
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 technical support for end-users and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services and enforce security policies
Administer Azure services, including VMs, networking, and compliance with security best practices
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support and managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Expertise in Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online and SharePoint
Hands-on experience with Azure services, including VMs and Azure AD
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
Experience with Identity & Access Management and Multi-Factor Authentication
