Azure Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Microsoft Azure Tier 1 Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor ticketing system and respond to Azure-related support requests
Perform basic triage and troubleshooting for virtual machines and access issues
Manage Azure-related user access and escalate complex incidents with documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments
Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Zendesk)
Familiarity with Azure Portal and identity management (Azure AD, MFA)
Commitment to continuous learning and obtaining relevant Azure certifications
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
