A company is looking for a BAS Development Engineer to provide pre-sales project development and costing services for building technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead the pre-sales development process for BAS solutions, including project design and cost estimation Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure mutual agreement on application and project scope Develop control schematics and cost estimates for system installation projects while maintaining vendor relationships Required Qualifications Five to seven years of experience in controls sales/operations with HVAC systems and BAS project cost development Ability to work on US restricted projects Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience is preferred Demonstrated computer and analytical skills Background in installation operations as Application Engineer or Installation Sales is preferred
