Benefits Temporary Position
A company is looking for a Benefits Temp (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Benefits Lead with administrative tasks and provide reports to departments and external companies
Communicate with employees and HR business partners to address inquiries and complete weekly discrepancy reports
Handle confidential information, submit weekly invoices for benefit vendors, and manage special projects within the HR functional group
Required Qualifications
1 year or more experience within Human Resources with exposure to LOA policies and procedures
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete tasks under strict time constraints
Ability to follow projects through to completion with minimal direction
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
