Bilingual Customer Service Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Service Account Analyst (Bilingual French & English). Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and enter orders accurately Communicate proactively with customers regarding order changes and requests Identify and resolve potential issues while monitoring customer orders and shipments Required Qualifications and Education 2-3 years' experience in a business-to-business environment Bilingual in English and French High School Diploma/GED required Some experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
