Brand Protection Partner
A company is looking for a Brand Protection Client Partner responsible for customer strategy and collaboration with global teams to ensure effective brand protection.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage customer relationships, ensuring accountability and strategy implementation
Monitor and report on customer program progress, providing performance feedback to team members
Collaborate with various departments to maintain a cohesive approach to brand protection and conduct quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in Brand Protection or a related role, preferably as a Client Manager or Coordinator
Strong knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Motivated, results-driven individual with strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
