Business Analyst - Documentation
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Documentation & Governance Associate to define and document processes related to technology operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with business and technology leadership to create and implement processes for managing software development teams Analyze and implement improvements to the Technology System of Delivery (SoD) and manage change within it Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain a repository for standard processes and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies; Agile certifications are a plus Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Visio or Blueworks Live
