A company is looking for a Manager Coding to lead and manage the Value Based Coding Team. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the Value Based Coding Team Manage day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with HCC risk adjustment coding Oversee a team of coding professionals and ensure accurate and efficient coding practices Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle and/or coding Previous supervisory experience required CPC (AAPC) or CCS-P or CCS (AHIMA) certification required Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-clinic system coding and education program Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Business Administration
