CPC Certified Clinical QA Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator-Lead. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily workflow and ensure timely operations within the Quality Assurance Department Conduct quality assurance reviews of reports and perform concurrent medical record reviews Communicate with physicians and resolve customer complaints related to quality assurance Required Qualifications and Education CPC certification and knowledge of IDR and the insurance industry Working knowledge of medical legal aspects of medical records and health information principles Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and typing at a minimum of 40 W.P.M Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
