California Licensed Talent Acquisition Lead
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to support its growing organization remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations
Collaborate with HR, business unit leaders, and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and meet hiring goals
Drive diversity and inclusion hiring strategies while maintaining data integrity and managing pipeline activity
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience, with at least three (3) years in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
Proficiency in recruiting for mid to large-sized professional services organizations
Experience recruiting licensed civil engineers in California is highly desired
Must have experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry
Experience with Paylocity is a plus
