California Licensed VP Implementation
A company is looking for a VP Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Provides leadership in developing project approaches and solutions for client implementation projects
Oversees project planning, communication, scheduling, and risk management
Manages implementation personnel and ensures project success by monitoring effectiveness and client expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 10 years in project management, client services, or consulting, with at least 7 years in a management role
Understanding of the worker's compensation industry and disability management programs
Knowledge of risk management services and Broadspire product lines
Ability to meet travel requirements and complete continuing education as required
