Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Care Partners, handling non-clinical escalations and supporting team members Facilitate team meetings and case conferences to enhance member engagement and team effectiveness Monitor team performance metrics and develop coaching plans to improve quality and productivity Required Qualifications Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams, preferably in healthcare or customer service Experience in recruiting and onboarding high-performing employees Familiarity with technology and tools relevant to care delivery and team management Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Availability to work a set schedule, Monday through Friday
