Talent Insights Specialist
A company is looking for a Talent Insights Specialist to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview logistics, and candidate communications
Manage the JobDiva ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment workflows
Provide analytical support by tracking recruitment metrics and assisting in recruitment marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role with proficiency in recruitment tools
Experience or interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and present recruitment data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
