Case Coordinator
A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to manage the end-to-end referral process for medical and mental health evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the referral process, including pre-referrals, case setup, and scheduling evaluations
Submit estimates for services and secure client approval to proceed
Communicate consistently with clients, examinees, and experts to ensure smooth case flow
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in case coordination, customer service, or healthcare-related scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF applications; ability to learn and navigate case management systems
Preferred background in disability or employer services industry, and experience scheduling medical or mental health evaluations
