Case Management Team Lead
A company is looking for a Case Management Team Lead to oversee team operations and ensure quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Monitor staff performance and provide training and feedback Ensure processes support customer needs and meet quality standards Manage help desk inquiries and assist in the appeals process Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience Preferred experience in processing medical insurance and claims Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Experience with Virtual Desktop or Automation Anywhere is highly preferred Minimum of 1 year of QIC experience preferred
