Certified Patient Account Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Customer Service and Collections.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance, training, and support for staff in account management and cash collection
Complete and provide daily/weekly/monthly productivity reporting and assist with special projects
Maintain compliance with policies and regulations, ensuring high-quality customer service and HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level business and/or communication courses preferred
Certified Patient Account Representative certification required upon hire
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare collections and customer service
Experience in a hospital or related healthcare office environment required
Broad knowledge of hospital billing processes and revenue cycle environment
