Claims Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist who will play a key role in customer service and claims management. Key Responsibilities Manage Parts Claims, Missing Product Claims, and other customer order issues Develop and follow processes for claims management, serving as the first point of contact for customers and vendors Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve customer issues and streamline information access Required Qualifications At least 2 years of prior returns or claims management experience with a retailer or manufacturer Some knowledge of lighting or electrical products is preferred Strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is preferred Experience in the lighting, retail, or manufacturing industry is preferred
