A company is looking for a Major Incident Response Manager. Key Responsibilities Consults and analyzes complex assignments and projects within assigned areas of responsibility Facilitates problem resolution meetings and develops metrics for reporting on key performance indicators Manages high severity outage incidents and collaborates with stakeholders to tailor problem and root cause analysis processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or 4 years of relevant experience 3-5+ years of experience in IT critical/major incident management and problem management Understanding of IT in large organizations and ability to perform under stress Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong project management leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects under pressure
