Client Experience Lead
A company is looking for a Client Experience Lead (VoC / NPS).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute client experience surveys and analyze data for actionable insights
Create and improve client journey maps, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance experiences
Engage with clients for insights and present findings to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in a VoC, client experience, or customer insights role
Strong data analytics and storytelling skills with experience in structured and unstructured data
Proficiency in Qualtrics CX, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience leading VoC programs, including survey design and data interpretation
Background in customer journey mapping and CX strategy development
