North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance products and services
Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues while offering additional products
Assist customers in setting up new claim reports with empathy and care
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or the opportunity to obtain one during training
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
Must be able to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
