Client Reimbursement Advocate
A company is looking for a Client Reimbursement Advocate. Key Responsibilities Evaluate claims and negotiate agreements with providers to settle medical claims Track and document communications related to claims and settlement negotiations Assist members in resolving access to care issues and identifying alternative provider options Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or customer service Experience with negotiations preferred Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical coding Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
