Client Success Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Client Success Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and optimization of CS tech stack to improve implementation timelines and customer satisfaction
Develop standardized approaches for implementation milestones and maintain a library of templates and playbooks
Own key CS metrics and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in CS Operations, Professional Services, or Implementation Operations, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
Experience administering and optimizing CS tools like RocketLane, Gainsight, or similar platforms
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision-making
Project management experience with a history of delivering operational improvements
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
