Clinical Documentation Improvement RN

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity RN/LPN. Key Responsibilities Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy in reflecting severity of illness and care complexity Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and staff, while conducting targeted reviews in priority areas Develop and deliver educational sessions on documentation trends and best practices to healthcare providers Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing Minimum of five years of progressive clinical work experience At least three years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist Active RN or LPN license and CCDS certification through ACDIS Familiarity with MS-DRG and APR-DRG review processes
