COBRA Service Solution Manager
A company is looking for a COBRA Service Solution Manager responsible for implementing and managing a Partner's COBRA program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of multiple Partners' Service programs, ensuring key deadlines are met
Consult on unique servicing requests and provide recommendations for service delivery setup and technology needs
Oversee relationships between Partners and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of service experience in a client-facing role
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare related field preferred
Experience with COBRA and Direct Billing Platform required
Strong project management and organizational skills preferred
Some travel required
