Collections Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Collection Support 2. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts Utilize skip tracing and multiple systems to reach decision makers and apply appropriate collection tools Document accounts accurately and participate in special projects as required Required Qualifications High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field Working knowledge of FDCPA and basic accounting principles Experience in the transportation industry customer support is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively Must pass a successful background investigation
