A company is looking for a BH Clinical Coordinator Supervisor to manage behavioral health operations remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage group inbox communications, oversee workflow, and assign requests to team members Conduct monthly supervision meetings and monitor employee productivity and authorization processes Respond to provider inquiries and address staffing requests while ensuring effective communication within the team Required Qualifications: Current, unrestricted independent licensure as an LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or RN in Colorado 4+ years of experience serving individuals with behavioral health conditions 1+ years of experience with local behavioral health providers and community support organizations 1+ years of experience with MS Office applications Experience in substance use treatment and/or behavioral health treatment
