Key Responsibilities Manage security vulnerabilities, patching, and application updates Provide IT and customer service support for hardware and software issues Assist in organizational projects and perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology Microsoft MCSE certification Three to five years of IT experience, including three years as a systems administrator in Windows or Linux environments Experience with IT controls, Cybersecurity compliance, and server-side technology Hands-on experience with at least one cloud environment (AWS preferred)
