Communications & Omnichannel Engagement Lead
A company is looking for a Functional Business Owner - Communications & Omnichannel Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary subject matter expert for communications and omnichannel engagement, coordinating client implementations and project tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and successful execution of communication strategies
Manage vendor relationships and oversee the maintenance of communication templates and client-facing materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA preferred
5 years of cross-functional leadership experience
5 years of experience presenting in client-facing and executive forums
5 years of experience managing omnichannel strategy and execution (preferred)
Understanding of the healthcare sector and regulatory submission processes
