Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to engage organizations working with Tier 4 producers Lead and mentor a team to effectively engage stakeholders through various events and activities Establish and refine processes to support the engagement of Tier 4-facing organizations Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in sustainability, particularly in the apparel, agriculture, and textile sectors Deep understanding of challenges faced by organizations working with Tier 4 producers Proven experience in managing teams and budgets Experience in delivering impactful learning and networking experiences Strong public speaking experience and ability to represent the organization across various industry settings
