A company is looking for a Compliance Sr. Director U.S. Rare Disease. Key Responsibilities Drive ethical decision-making and secure patient access for current and future patients Develop compliance strategies tailored to the Rare Disease Business Unit's needs Lead and develop a team of compliance officers to support the business effectively Required Qualifications Doctorate degree and 5 years, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience Experience with buy-and-bill and/or patient support services model preferred Prior experience as a strategic compliance or legal advisor in a bio-pharmaceutical setting Deep understanding of the biotechnology industry and healthcare compliance environment Experience supporting rare disease medicines is a plus
