A company is looking for a Craft/Construction Recruiter. Key Responsibilities Develop business relationships and provide customer service during the hiring process Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various craft positions in a high-volume environment Manage a requisition load of 30-50 job openings and facilitate internal transfers and referrals Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting craft professionals in Infrastructure Construction Experience in supporting craft hiring in the US is preferred Knowledge of union and non-union craft management practices Experience working with ATS systems, preferably SuccessFactors Ability to manage high volume recruitment and balance multiple priorities effectively
